Bishop Gore is dead?

Bishop Gore Comprehensive that is - grammar school to Dylan Thomas and secondary school to three of the Vent family (Mark, Caroline & Annabelle). Toby & I went for coffee with a guy and his sister-in-law is a teacher at "a hideously rough inner-city type school in Wales" - turns out its Bishop Gore and things have gone downhill since we were there (or maybe not!).

So right now the insiders view is that looks like old BG might be closing in 2009 - joining the other sleeping giants like Dynevor and Dillwyn Llewellyn schools and newbies like Dylan Thomas Community School at Cockett.
